YOU MUST HAVE YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER AND MATCH THE NAME ON THE ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE.
No Returns - I do not accept returns, however please do not hesitate to contact me via Instagram or email if you have any problems with your order.
I Accept Exchanges - I gladly accept exchanges on *unworn* and *unused* items for merchandise currently listed in the shop ONLY. I cannot make custom pieces for an exchange. Store credit is also an option.
Please contact me within fourteen days of the delivery date.
Exchanges must be shipped within 30 days of the delivery date.
No second party exchanges.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in the original condition, the buyer is responsible for any losses.
