FAQ's

An item I want is not in the shop. How can I order?

All items are first come first serve. I am not accepting custom orders or requests at this time. All updates are announced in the bio section of my Instagram page and reminders will be posted in stories and in posts before the update. Most items will be recreated, however I make no promises and do not have a time frame on re-releasing particular styles.

How do I properly care for my new leather necklace?

Necklaces should always be stored laying flat. Avoid contact with water as adhesives are water based (and non-toxic!). Oiling the leather is not necessary unless it remains unworn for long periods of time and/or you are in a drier climate. A quick wipe with a glycerin based soap is enough to revive tired leather. Reshape and lie out flat to dry. Repeat the process until the desired moisture or shape is reached. 

How soon will my order ship?

*Most* items ship within two business days. All open orders that exceed this time frame will ship the very next Monday. On rare occasion, please allow up to seven business days (maximum) for your item to ship.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Pricing is based on the item size and weight as well as country to be sent.

Can my order be tracked?

Yes, you will receive an auto confirmation email with tracking provided once your item has shipped. Please contact me if you did not receive a confirmation email. Some international orders cannot be tracked once they leave the US.

Can you fix my item? I broke a crystal/the leather is coming apart.

All *leather* jewelry items come with free lifetime repair. Please contact me for more information or visit the REPAIRS AND ALTERATIONS page. 

Can I return my purchase?

No returns. I do not offer buy and try. All purchases can be EXCHANGED for items in the shop or store credit. CUSTOMS ARE NOT AN OPTION FOR REPLACEMENT. Please see the Return Policy page for more details. 

An item I want/have purchased is too small. What are my options?

I am more than happy to work with you on sizing! Most item can be extended. Alterations are free after purchase. Please contact me directly via shop contact form. Refer to the Repairs and Alterations page for more details. 

Do you/can you use faux leather?

Absolutely not.  

Do you model your own work/how tall is your model?

All items are modeled by the artist. Approximate body measurements are 5'3" (160CM), 34A, 115lbs (52.5KG). 

My item doesn't fit as expected, what can I do?

As measurements are provided, it is your responsibility to assure the item fits. If your piece does not fit as expected, free alterations are available for leather items ONLY. Please see the REPAIRS AND ALTERATIONS page for more information.

My item was damaged during shipping, what now?

Please contact me within 36 hrs of the approximate delivery time/day to initiate a request.

What does “sealed” mean for brass items?

The item has been fully coated in sealant to prevent tarnish or tarnish transfer to the skin when worn. Items that are not sealed will eventually tarnish after continual handling. You can use any brass applicable polish on the market to shine your item. 

I broke my brass/sterling ____, what now?

Some brass pieces can be repaired. Please contact me for a repair quote and the nature of the damage.
