Repairs and Alterations
FOR LEATHER ITEMS:
If you experience a failure with your leather item or it's not fitting quite right, I offer free repairs, alterations and return shipping on leather products ONLY. Free repairs only apply to the original purchaser. Secondhand purchases are not covered by free repairs.
For MADE TO ORDER leather items, I offer the first alteration free. If it doesn't fit, contact me for a return label with the size correction.
Please contact me via the request form or email for the return address and include your name, order number and the nature of your request:
Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the item to be altered or repaired.
ONLY the return shipping cost is covered by the artist upon changes to the item.
The item MUST be carefully packaged when being returned-- buyer is responsible for further repairs needed due to shipping damages.
FOR BRASS, WOOD ETC.:
*Some* items and damage can be fixed. Please contact me with the state of the repair for a quote.
